Supporting organizational learning – seminar
The seminar „Supporting organizational learning“This puts student impact at the forefront and builds on initiatives that originated in the A3 module „Innovation Management.“ These initiatives culminated in an application in 2025 for central study quality funding (SQM) to establish a Social Innovation Learning Lab, which is intended to provide practical and reflective learning spaces on the North Campus to strengthen innovation skills. In the summer semester of 2025, students already implemented parts of the basic concept and gained initial experience.”. Based on this, the participants in the seminar independently develop further approaches to improve the quality of stay and learning on the North Campus.
They engage with organizational pedagogy principles, understand organizational development as a phase-oriented problem-solving process, and test project management strategies as the core of organizational change. The seminar aims to create tangible added value for the entire student body through student projects and to establish sustainable structures on the North Campus.
