Business organisation simulation game

The project:

In the game-based learning approach, students set up fictitious companies that pursue specific sustainability goals and at the same time have to deal with organisational crises in a virtual corporate context.

By cooperating with real companies, authentic scenarios, experiences, crisis scenarios and current challenges from practice are to be included.

Students work with real company data and problems, which increases the direct impact of learning on real organisations and provides valuable insights for both sides. The aim is to work out what impact the company organisation can have on the environment and society.
