Urban development strategies - Potsdam city centre

Architecture students at the Technical University of Braunschweig have developed visions and urban planning strategies for a future vibrant neighbourhood as part of Potsdam's city centre. They focussed on the housing crisis as well as the energy and climate crisis. After all, rising rents in large cities, higher energy and living costs, long periods of heat and flooding have a concrete impact on cities and their residents.
