In a design workshop with local stakeholders, specific communication formats are therefore being developed to promote participation.<\/p>\n<p>These results will be used to create a practical toolkit with design principles that will be tested in several organisations and iteratively refined after a few weeks on the basis of a brief impact evaluation. This process is scientifically supported by the chair <span class=\"s1\">Service information systems<\/span> at the Institute for Information Systems.
